Job Description

About You:
As the Sample Lab Department Supervisor, you will be responsible to supervise the daily activities of the Fragrance Sample Lab + Quality Control department to deliver quality samples in full. You will organize effectivley day to day work flow, supervise Fragrance Sample ab & Quality Control staff, and trouble shoot various issues. The Sample Lab Department Supervisor will investigate and implement cross-functional corrective actions on process failures and determine root cause, corrective and preventive actions. You will initiate improvements for increasing throughput and efficiency into the lab and act as back up to the Sample Lab Manager. To be successful in this position, you will have 2+ management experience woking in a lab and a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry.

Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Experience
Bachelor degree in chemistry
2-3 years management experience.
Proven solid team work and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office
