IQVIA Media Planner, Digital Media Solutions (Remote) in Wayne, Pennsylvania

The Strategic Response team within the IQVIA Digital Enablement Center of Excellence is dedicated to aligning our value proposition across our suite of services and empowering our healthcare clients to create more effective and efficient digital engagements for both consumers and healthcare professionals. As a centralized function, our newly formed team collaborates with partners- both internal and external- to deliver strategic and thoughtful responses for inbound Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and supporting our go-to-market teams in driving client success.

As a Media Planner on the new formed Strategic Response team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the strategic value of our client responses. This value will be derived by adding data-driven insights into both overall healthcare trends and specific therapeutic category information as well as applying your expertise to the nuances of media planning and buying. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales teams to identify client opportunities, developing and curating media plans recommendations in response to these requests, and providing the strategic guidance needed for media activation in the healthcare communications industry.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and manage inbound Request for Proposals (RFPs), creating tailored media plan recommendations that align with client objectives.

  • Design PowerPoint templates that showcase IQVIA's capabilities and detail strategic tactic recommendations.

  • Lead RFP walkthrough presentations, coordinating with internal teams and facilitating client engagements to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment.

  • Offer proactive, consultative strategic guidance to the Sales and Operations Teams, recommending optimal tactics to surpass client performance targets.

  • Refine processes to enhance communication flow within internal teams and ensure consistent, seamless interactions with clients, both pre- and post-sale.

  • Collaborate closely with Client Services to monitor industry trends and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented tactics based on performance outcomes.

  • Act as a key contributor to sales analytics, focusing on metrics such as win/loss ratios, hit and strike rates, and pipeline metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years working in a media planning capacity

  • Expertise in developing strategic media plans tailored to client objectives and market conditions.

  • Proficiency in designing informative and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and manage client-focused presentations and internal team collaborations.

  • Advanced consultative abilities, providing strategic recommendations to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions across various organizational levels and with clients.

  • Analytical acumen in monitoring industry trends and evaluating tactic performance, ensuring data-driven decision making.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales analytics, with a focus on interpreting key performance indicators to drive business growth.

  • Salesforce experience preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $65,600.00 - $109,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
