Job Title: Visual Specialist Level III
Job Summary:
Embark on a career as a Visual Specialist where creativity meets impact in the realm of national defense communications. In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your artistic skills to design compelling visual content that informs and engages both internal and external audiences of the Defense Intelligence Agency. This position offers the chance to work on high-profile projects, ensuring your designs play a pivotal role in the strategic communication efforts of a leading intelligence agency.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborating with internal stakeholders
Providing independent design consultation and customer interaction
Actively partaking in and oversee production, production, and post-production video projects
Recording and editing video and sound projects
Selecting program format
Capturing/importing, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files
Creating and inserting static and motion graphics
Adding music/voice-voice over, managing media, and archiving project media
Designing and publishing graphic designs
Independently designing material for briefings
Creating custom information graphics for official event campaigns, and a variety of print related designs
Producing artwork in a timely manner
Providing expertise on encoded and most effective output method for delivery of final video files for podcasting
Required Qualifications and Skills:
TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
Desired:
Background in the DoD or DIA
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant experience
Work Setting and Environment:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Work is to be performed onsite at DIA HQ on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC
