Yes, your onsite work will be done on an island next to the Atlantic ocean. Here we support the US Navy in its vital mission of integrating currently deployed and Future Combat systems. We are on the cutting edge of technology to position the US Navy for the ever-changing environment around the globe. The specific tasks are involved with preparing a lab environment to support various combat systems. Installing military standard equipment or commercial equivalent server equipment and hardware to running cables and supporting the engineering department with configurations of equipment through documented drawings and facility modifications.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Security clearance requirement: This position requires the successful candidate to be able to obtain a Secret level clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements. You must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance. Selected candidate will receive a contingent offer and start date will be delayed until an interim Secret clearance is granted.

Pay Information

This position is covered by a wage law called the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA). The wage range for this position is determined by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor on a contract-by-contract basis.
