This team requests EST hours and we prefer candidates able to work onsite from our Dearborn, MI office.

  • Responsible for architecting and engineering network solutions for campus and Manufacturing Facility.

  • Participate in Test, Certify and Release of Cisco Switches, software, and firmware for global network deployment.

  • Provide Level 3/4 supports/troubleshoots network issues and coordinates new installation of such items as routers and switches, Software Defined solution (SDN) with appropriate vendors.

  • Develop the solution to conducts FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) tests of network redundancy, resilience and failover of network elements to ensure up-time standards are fully achieved.

  • Work with other Network Service teams to Develop tools to automate the deployment, administration and monitoring of a network system

  • Works with cross functional teams to enhance and improve system operability.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Systems, or Cyber Security

  • 5-7 years of relevant industry experience

  • Strong knowledge of Cisco SD-Access

  • Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP)

This position is a range of salary grades 7.
