Medtronic Digital Technologies is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Product Manager to join the Product Team, reporting to the Product Director, to lead our digital initiatives and product ecosystem expansion into interventional procedure rooms*.

A Day in the Life

As the Principal Product Manager, you will be accountable for:

• Successfully exposing an existing digital solution to a new clinical environment, and a new set of problems via a pilot /series of pilots.

• Partnering with local sales/marketing/education and training specialists.

• Communicating with hospital stakeholders, clinicians, and subject matter experts.

• Gathering user feedback, including in-person and virtual sessions.

• Analyzing system usage data and user research data, to inform data-driven decisions.

• Supporting the team to solve for technical challenges during the pilot.

• Defining and owning a specific product roadmap.

• Owning the communication with relevant other MDT OUs, including communication and demonstration of the value of the existing ecosystem, and investigation of OU-specific needs.

• Owning the reporting cadence to the Project Steering Group.

• Work with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, pilot customers, engineers, designers, data scientists and user experience researchers to build products, and achieve product-market fit in the least time, and making efficient use of resources.

• Ensuring we constantly listen to our customers and the market, and making our customers feel valued.

• Understanding and contributing to our strategic and competitive positioning and deliver products that are aligned with our mission.

• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.

• Occasional travel to US and European customer sites may be required, with overnight stays.

Must Haves

• Display strong product leadership, organizational and execution skills

• Experience in user research, requirements gathering, systems definition

• Previous experience with digital solutions involving fluoroscopic imaging modalities such as C-arms fluoroscopy, angiography, ultrasound, radiography, etc

• Minimum 5 years of Experience in the product management of B2B healthcare enterprise software applications (mobile or web)

• Experience building and releasing applications or software of features / products that encompass an end-to-end experience

• Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre / post-launch execution

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills combined with a flexible and adaptable approach to achieve successful stakeholder satisfaction

• Self-driven with ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Willingness to be on-site in London office when required

Nice to Haves

• Global healthcare experience

• Experience with video streaming, remote conferencing technology

• *Actual experience in neurovascular, interventional cardiology, structural heart, domains is preferred but not mandatory
