JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Office of Undergraduate Studies and Outreach in the College of Health and Human Development has several part-time work-study positions available in the following areas: Center for Student Advising and Engagement, Office for Engaged Learning, and the Associate Dean’s Office. Hours can vary up to 15 hours per week.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Customer service
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
General office support
Support for student events
And other duties as assigned
Requirements and qualifications:
Must have excellent customer service skills
High level of reliability and responsibility
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Current progress towards completing a Bachelor’s degree
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must have a current federal work-study grant
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
