We are looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner to support various corporate teams in Lastmile Organizations.

This role will lead the development and implementation of the overall people strategy. This includes driving strategic HR initiatives that will support critical business priorities. They will also be responsible for providing day to day HR support for a large organization. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able to influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations in areas such as leadership development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and career development. You will need to interface effectively with professionals at all levels.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

• 5+ Yrs of HR experience

• 3+ Yrs HRBP experience supporting business unit/function

• Computer Knowledge - Excel, Power point, Windows

• Business level Japanese language (Reading & Writing)

• Business level English Language (Reading & Writing)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.

• Should have partnered with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting.

• Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws

• Knowledge of Japanese Labor Laws

• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness

• Experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development, HR analytics

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions

• Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
