About the Role:

This role is focused on improving HP's presence on top marketplace websites in the US and globally, ensuring content is up to date, and optimized for the best possible customer experience.

You will be responsible for curating and ensuring the accuracy of product detail pages, to ensure HP content is up to date and accurate. In this role you will work to automate product detail page auditing, monitoring and the corrective actions to keep content accurate.

By analyzing user behavior, sales trends, and Amazon-specific performance metrics, you will provide HP with the data-driven insights needed to enhance customer experience, improve SEO, and boost conversion rates on the Amazon platform. Your expertise and efforts will be instrumental in driving incremental sales and market share on strategic HP product categories, solidifying HP's position as a leading technology brand on Amazon.

Responsibilities :

  • E-commerce Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the e-commerce platform, including product pages, user experience, and conversion funnels, to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Global HP Brand Store optimization program management. Owns strategy, roadmap, execution, tracking for Brand Store globally

  • Content Health monitoring, tracking, automation to ensure PDP is 100% content compliant. Develops tools for improved monitoring, fixes, tracking. Provides monthly reporting

  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the e-commerce database. Identify and resolve data-related issues.

  • Advanced Reporting: Create advanced, automated, and interactive reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or similar products to track e-commerce KPIs, such as traffic, sales, and conversion rates and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use data to inform decision-making and create compelling executive presentations that effectively communicate valuable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or Data Science).

  • 3-5 years' experience in e-commerce optimization, data analysis and content optimization.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for creating advanced reports and dashboards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, content optimization and A/B testing.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
