Responsibilities include Qualifications:

• Ensure material received is properly recorded, put away in a timely manner, ensure the location of the product is correct; Reconcile any discrepancies as they arise.

• Responsible to pull materials for orders, ensuring proper quantity and acceptable quality of product prior to shipping.

• Ensure timely deliveries are made to customers.

• Ensure onsite consignment counts at customers are accurately performed on a regular basis.

• Run daily reports, p rocess daily cycle counts.

• Handle evening shipments and ensure all shipments were sent out

• Expedite orders for sales, customer service, or purchasing

• Maintain all warehouse equipment; including but not limited to: maintenance on delivery trucks, forklifts are in good condition; cherry pickers are in working order

• Interface with customers, vendors and clients for order processing and shipping

• Rectify any material discrepancy; file freight loss and damage claims

• Maintains condition of work area free from trash, debris or other foreign materials

• Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other teammates to do the same.
