The Warehouse and/or Quality Manager position is primarily responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals and objectives within an assigned functional area or account. We are looking for candidates with a desire to grow and learn in an automotive environment.

This warehouse supervisor position is responsible for the daily operation of their respective area of the warehouse and the direction of the hourly workforce to achieve and exceed distribution center performance goals of production, employee relations, safety, service quality and cost.

The quality supervisor role will also be responsible for developing training materials and systems to support quality initiatives. This position will also be responsible for evaluating success of training program and make improvements where required. They will also be responsible for performing quality audits while also analyzing and root causing non-conformances and damaged material.

salary: $68,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Advanced level of Microsoft systems, excellent communication skills, conflict resolution and leadership abilities/ Critical thinking abilities, interpersonal skills, time and priority management. Ability to problem solve. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred - Knowledge/Experience in transportation environment (i.e., shipping, receiving and inventory management, distribution or dispatch preferred.- Responsible for attainment of productivity goals resolving customer issues. OVERTIME PAY AVAILABLE!!!
