  • You will assess and analyze current manufacturing processes, including overseeing and optimizing the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing process and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency
  • You will work in a collaborative environment to develop the processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs
  • Further you will develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes
  • You will also develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures
  • You must communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met

What makes you great

  • You will need Bachelor's degree in materials science, manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or related engineering field
  • If you have 0-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment, Lean Six Sigma and using CAD (computer-aided design) Software, that is preferred
  • You need to be proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite
  • You should have creativity and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • You will need effective time management skills and excellent communication and customer service skill
