In this role, you drive pricing, revenue optimization and top-line growth of customer services in the zone by acting as a business partner to customer services commercial leader and being a custodian of Commercial Policy.

Your team
The role reports to the Zone's Head of Health Systems, supporting APAC Commercial Policy and Pricing Lead (Pricing Lead). You work closely with Business, Sales, Finance and Legal teams.
Job Overview
Support Pricing Lead on day-to-day price execution and governance in accordance with Commercial Policy
Support Pricing Lead in business case preparation, pricing performance analytics for price positioning, portfolio strategies
Drive the financial analysis in pricing decisions to balance value extraction and profitability throughout the customer life cycle
Facilitate the building of pricing capabilities inside the organizations through trainings, mentoring and coaching to ensure required maturity and capability level of our business- and local market organizations
Design and maintain pricing dashboards and deep-dive reports for managerial reviews
Audit and document price execution and strategies
Support the roll-out and implementation of analytical tools
Key Performance Indicators
Price realization improvement on Equipment and Service
Integral Equipment and Service top-line and profitability
Compliance to Commercial Policy
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or business administration with minimum of 8 years of experience
Financial management/analysis & business partnering experience preferred
High interpersonal skills
8 years of experience in B2B business with relevant experience in Healthtech covering Equipment and Services preferred
Proven ability to succeed in a highly dynamic matrix organization
Advanced Microsoft Office and Power BI user, preferably with SAP and QlikView knowledge
Experience with salesforce.com is a plus
Certified LEAN basic is a plus
