We are in search of a dedicated individual who can play a key role in ensuring that our organization's compensation structure is competitive, equitable, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Functions:

As a Compensation Analyst, the incumbent is expected to:

  • Assist in conducting regular market research and analyzing salary data

  • Collaborate with internal teams on compensation-related projects

  • Generate periodic reports presenting findings to the Compensation Director

  • Engage in administrative tasks associated with compensation programs

  • Work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Excel to accomplish tasks

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates must demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel

  • Prior knowledge and understanding of compensation principles and practices

PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED MINIMUM 2YR
