This Billing Clerk opening is with an organization in the San Francisco, California area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire position. As a Billing Clerk, your duties will consist of reviewing bills and compiling data into spreadsheets and accounting software. • Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency

• Institute financial procedures and controls

• Evaluate, process, and review bills or invoices for services rendered

• Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary Requirements - Strong expertise in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

• Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

• Outstanding data entry skills

• Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Proficiency in cash management

• Knowledge of Client communications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Code Invoices

• 2+ years of experience in a related role
