Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Must understand and adhere to the personal responsibility of safety and work safely at all times. Must Adhere to all company safety programs and policies. The team leader will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, leading by example, safety shares, Tyfoom, proper tooling, PPE, near-miss reporting, and practicing safe behaviors.

  • Assist Product Support Leadership team by managing job progress and quality, manage flat rates, accurate and complete service reports, manage parts, and core return processes.

  • Ability to work as a team, communicate effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Assist with performance issues, workplace maintenance, contamination control, CPS, and reviewing estimates.

  • Thinking outside of the box to complete difficult jobs.

  • Must be willing to have a flexible work shift, work extended hours or possible weekends as workload requires

  • This is a working team lead position.

  • Must have dealership experience / work history on heavy equipment repair.
