Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced 401k and Benefits Administrator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our employee benefits programs, including 401k plans, health insurance, and other employee perks. The role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, providing support to employees regarding their benefits, and working closely with our HR and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the company's 401k plan, including enrollment, contributions, and compliance.

• Oversee the administration of health insurance, dental, vision, and other employee benefits programs.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.

• Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.

• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll deductions and reporting.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on 401k plans.

• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, and other relevant laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
