Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Manager who is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives on solving tough problems? We are looking for individuals to champion the quality of our products using both automated and manual tests, reporting and verifying defects. Responsibilities

• determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.

• assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.

• setting customer service standards.

• specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.

• Coaching and mentoring team members

• Implementing and maintaining SOP's

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 4 hours at one time
