Description

Position Overview: As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a positive work environment. You will oversee administrative tasks, facilities management, and support various departments to ensure smooth operations and a high level of employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, assistants, and clerical personnel.

  • Oversee office operations, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.

  • Coordinate office logistics, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.

  • Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for office-related expenditures.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll.

  • Coordinate with IT support for office technology needs, including troubleshooting and upgrades.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, with supervisory experience.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

  • Knowledge of HR practices, facilities management, and budgeting is preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
