A Snapshot of Your Day

Your daily role will involve reading work instructions and assembling products and/or sub assemblies. You will be ensuring product is built to specification in accordance with engineering prints and Bill of Materials. This will include installing and wiring various components. Working in collaboration with colleagues to solve the daily challenges that come with being in a production environment will also play a huge role in your day.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Candidatemust be able to read and understand instructions, and assemble products ortheir sub components

• You willbe expected to handle different gauges of wire, lugs, and crimping tools inorder to complete assigned tasks

• You willbe running wire through machinery, including having to crimp it and cut it tolength

• You willhelp move products / sub assemblies to the next stage of the manufacturingprocess

• You willbe responsible for keeping workstations orderly, and properly storing andmaintaining tools, parts, test equipment, and documentation etc

• You willbe following targets and deadlines for assembly and prepare reports on a dailybasis

• You musthave the ability to push/pull panel carts averaging 35-50 lbs

What You Bring

• HighSchool Diploma or GED

• Manufacturing/AssemblyExperience

• Must be ateam player with a positive attitude

• Must bewell organized and should know how to maintain various pieces of equipment

• Shouldhave keen analytical skills

• Must havegood dexterity and capability of working with small, complex objects
