Minimum Qualifications:

1. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Ohio Teaching License for grades (7-12) or an Ohio School Counselor License
2. Must possess the ability to work effectively with teenage youth
3. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and community members
4. Must possess good computer and technology skills

General Job Description:

1. Write/update compliant 504 plans for students
2. Assess students to determine eligibility for a 504 plan
3. Conduct 504 plan meetings with parents, students, and staff

4. Collaborate with instructors to implement the 504 plan

    

Reports to:   Supervisor

SALARY:

Placement on the teachers' salary schedule will be based on education, work, and teaching experience.  The minimum starting salary will be at least $49,459.  The contract consists of 188 days the first year, 184 days thereafter.
