We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our warehouse operations in Tigard, Oregon! We're on the lookout for a skilled Warehouse Manager to helm our fulfillment center. Responsibilities

· Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, team productivity, shipping, and customer service, assisting when needed.

· Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

· Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.

· Meet regularly with warehouse team to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and inventory accuracy.

· Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers, communicating with drivers and logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
