Develop a sanitation program and procedures to ensure food production is compliant with regulatory requirements and that facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition. Daily oversight and maintenance of records for pre-operational and operational sanitation. Maintain clean and orderly work areas. Design and implement process and equipment improvements. Perform routine safety checks on all equipment. Maintain documentation of all schematics, inspections, repairs and upgrades. Utilize data to establish long-term and short-term equipment overhauls and upgrades. Research, design, and implement new technology to improve equipment performance.
