Our client, in Pensacola, Florida is seeking an extruder/rewinder machine operator to join their team. As a machine operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the company. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and be a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Entry Level Machine Operator

Location: Pensacola, Florida

Pay Range: $15-$18/hr

What’s the Job?

• Comply with all company and safety policies & procedures

• Responsible for material packaging while adhering to specifications on customer order

• Adjust slitting blades on machine when necessary, inspect and remove all defects, ensure measurement accuracy & properly re-splice rolls

• Ability to accurately input new job orders into computer & setting machine specifications according to the order

• Responsible for cleanliness of machinery & organization of the workplace;light maintenance of machinery may also be required

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED

• Readiness to learn the position

• Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts

• Ability to read a ruler accurately and understand measurements

• Previous operating experience with extrusion or rewinder machines a plus
