The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Pawling is currently seeking a skilled Full-Time Maintenance Tech. This position is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM

Candidate should be have working knowledge of general maintenance including electrical and plumbing.

Mainteneance Tech Duties Include:

• Painting Resident rooms and other parts of the facility.

• Minor repairs.

• Assisting with moving materials.

• Shoveling, racking, etc.

• Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Dirctor.

  Maintenance Tech Requirements Include:

• Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs.

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to work in the United States.

• Must be able to work as a team member.

• Must be willing to work weekends.
