Siemens Energy FAST Logistics Center - Receiving Materials Specialist in Orlando, Florida

How you will Make an Impact

  • Ensure Safety and Zero Harm processes and procedures are followed at all times.

  • Ensures response and closure of all un-receivable/Returned items into FAST.

  • Prioritize workload for offline parts review for Receiving dept.

  • Work to maintain KPI for un-receivables/returned parts.

  • Understanding of operational processes and procedures for return to stock of parts based on customer feedback.

  • Analysis of material receipts/PO-liaise to determine timely resolution of issues

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities for work areas as required .

  • Contribute to ensuring customer needs are met with 100% on time delivery.

  • Coordinate with Receiving and Replenish team to resolve day to day issues.

  • Ensure data in GR clarification tool is up to date in line with physical stock.

What You Bring

  • 3 plus years’ experience in a productive warehouse or logistics center environment.

  • Previous demonstrated leadership experience leading a team is required.

  • Subject matter expert on all aspects of the receiving process.

  • SAP EWM knowledge and experience required .

  • Positive, collaborative, can do attitude.

  • Time management and strong organizational skills.

  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
