Lending Solutions form the industry standard, a web-based platform dedicated to automating the lifecycle of trades in the global loan markets. The loan settlement platform simplifies trade settlement by providing a fully digitized, integrated, collaborative, real-time platform for buyers, sellers, service providers, and agent banks to capture, acknowledge, and settle primary and secondary market loan trades. It provides secure messaging solutions to improve settlement liquidity and efficiency in the loan markets, facilitates post-trade automation, and provides real-time reporting based on the status of open and historical trades. The wider business includes the leading global site for loan position reconciliation as well as secure wire instructions / administrative details, making our team a highly desirable environment for technology professionals interested in working for the global leader in the syndicated loan ecosystem.

Responsibilities & Impact:

We are looking for an experienced technologist to become a member of the Lending Solutions development team based in Gurgaon, India. This person will work closely with existing team members in this dynamic and challenging industry to develop and maintain innovative solutions for state-of-the-art centralized loans settlement platforms, with emphasis on test ability, and leveraging existing components to accomplish timely delivery of software products according to the business schedule.

Being chiefly responsible for ongoing UI development with .Net technologies, this individual will interface with various business units in the planning of major functionality, analyzing business functional requirements to determine the scope of work, evaluating available application alternatives to support business needs, and managing resource planning/constraints.

This position will suit candidates who enjoy both the technical and business aspects of developing, testing, and deploying software to a schedule in an environment of high visibility and transparency around deliverables, business needs, and customer value. You will interface with various business units in the planning of major functionality, analyzing business functional requirements to determine the scope of work, evaluating available application alternatives to support business needs

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $58,300 to $115,850. The final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

This position will suit candidates who enjoy both the technical and business aspects of developing, testing, and deploying software to a schedule in an environment of high visibility and transparency around deliverables, business needs, and customer value.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in software development.

  • Expertise with HTML, JavaScript, and UI technologies like Angular and/or React and JQuery

  • Data access frameworks like ADO.NET, etc

  • Full project life-cycle experience working with C#, .Net Core, MVC, SQL Server, SSRS

  • Experience with developing Cloud Native (AWS) applications is a plus

  • Experience in creating architectural approaches for software design and implementation is a plus

Application Development

  • Design and code complex programs.

  • Evaluate complex business requirements and processes.

  • Provide production support for several mission-critical systems.

  • Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.

  • Work with a highly innovative and dynamic development team.

  • Take initiative and work independently on certain projects, while contributing to a large team on others.
