Job Description
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
You will report to Supervisor, Out of Home Investment.
The expectations for this role fall into 3 key categories:
1. Developing Teams & Talent
Understand roles and responsibilities within the team
Contribute to training of Sr Associates/Associates on their team and billing/reconciliation team individuals
Review and support goals of Sr./Associates
2. Delivering on Our Value Proposition
Collaborate with partners as company representative, understands partner portfolio offerings and can identify client opportunities
Collaborate in negotiations and campaigns and manage performance conversations with partners for assigned clients
Understand fundamentals in negotiations to maximize profit on a campaign basis; Independently develop performance and delivery of assigned accounts.
3. Managing Business & Operations
Contribute to strategic execution & delivery
Own RFP/post-sale process for assigned accounts and escalate minor issues when needed
Understand billing process through overseeing RFI process, reconciliation of invoices in Mediaocean and posting confirmations
Qualifications
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
We value diversity of thought and experiences at APEX! If you learned about media from the sales or agency side, that’s great but we do need folks with a basic level of understanding of how media investment works.
At least 1+ years of experience with Basic knowledge of Out of Home media is critical for success in this role
Diverse backgrounds and experience are welcome including Agency Planning/Investment, Media Sales, Consulting or Media Client Side
Basic knowledge of media systems/tools, Mediaocean, Salesforce
Strong media financial acumen is mandatory
Business financial acumen
Basic understanding of the media landscape
SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $88,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
