We are offering an exciting opportunity for an EVP, Operations at our client in South Jersey. The successful EVP, Operations candidate will be an influential leader, playing a critical role in developing and implementing the company's strategies, driving growth, and enhancing shareholder value. This role involves full P& L responsibility, strategic planning, and controlling the direction of our global businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic business partner and a leading influence within the company.

• Examine, interpret, and present monthly accounting and financial information.

• Propel the company's growth and profitability by creating a robust growth process and infrastructure.

• Provide strategic direction in defining the company's expansion and profitability plans, and in setting up an effective growth framework.

• Formulate and execute the company's sales strategy across major market segments to guarantee vigorous growth.

• Oversee the entire sales and business development cycle, including planning, execution, management, and oversight.

  Requirements

The ideal EVP, Operations candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Other requirements for the EVP, Operations position include and are not limited to:

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Manufacturing industry experience

• P& L accountability experience for a business greater than $300M in annual revenue.

• Management experience at a C-suite level

• Strategic planning and business development experience, as well as acquisition and integration experience.
