Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues and concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. Work with a team of software developers, project managers, and other IT professionals to integrate different project management software systems and develop business processes. Set appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. Develop software functional requirements documentation, interface with software programmers to manage development and test software. Analyze metrics to identify optimization opportunities and utilization/capacity trends. Provide oversight and establish policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development implementation and use of information technology within the enterprise. Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and systems solutions. Evaluate customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Develop, maintain and identify improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolve cross-functional technical issues. Experience must include: Teradata SQL Assistant, TOAD Data Point, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, Enovia, Python, Power BI. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any) or related with 5 years of progressive experience in job offered or as a Computer/Engineering Professional. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable.
