Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a construction PM/Superintendent for a Construction client support a large scale office headquarters with retail development in Central, NJ. This is 6 story 129K-SF Class A office and retail space with precast parking garage with 10KSF street-side retail, lobby, loading, and back of house space. The project design, procurement, and coordination have been completed so the priority for the role is execution. They will be in charge of overseeing building, mechanical, and electrical installation per the schedule, subcontractor management, conduct foreman meetings, and review change orders. Candidate will review project drawings and specifications.
