JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description JOB TITLE: Facilities Worker FLSA STATUS: Hourly / Overtime eligible JOB LOCATION: Varies-Supports all buildings. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under supervision, perform a wide variety of maintenance, housekeeping, upkeep, and repairs work. Provide security for facilities and be willing able and willing to be on call as required. PRIMARY DUTIES: Legend: E = Essential NE = Non Essential N/A = Not Applicable Perform all facilities repairs maintenance responsibilities to sustain a clean, safe, and orderly environment/appearance to include, but not limited to construction repair work on walls, doors, window, and floor coverings, etc., minor, and routine plumbing repairs, painting, minor electrical and carpentry, etc.), etc. E Requires on call rotation. Operate and maintain equipment such as vehicles, power tools and equipment, mowers, snowplow, etc.). E Patrol and monitor areas for security threats and respond accordingly. (Highly desirable) Neat orderly person with great organizational skills. Must be a \"People Person\" with a great disposition and outlook on life, who enjoys working with others, is upbeat and pleasant to work with and is a good listener. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite. (Desirable) Must be willing and able to work flexible hours as needed. Excellent communication and documentation skills, written and verbal.
