Our client, Industry Leading artisan bakery is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Lead to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Production Lead, you will be part of the Production Team supporting Production and Quality Team. The ideal candidate will have Teamwork, Intergrity and a sense or urgency which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Lead (Manufacturing/Production)

Location: Milwaukee then Moving to Franklin, WI

Pay Range: $21 per hour

What’s the Job?

• The Production Lead is a key member of our 35+ member production team

• Support Production Supervisor daily on proper staffing levels with regards to skills and headcount.

• Develop staff through training of HACCP, GMPs, Safety, Quality and other company standard operating procedures.

• Enforce plant and company safety programs, promoting and maintaining a high level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, etc.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or higher education.

• Previous Food Manufacturing experience preferred.

• 2-4 years' experience in direct employee supervision is preferred.

• Must be willing and able to work extra hours as needed to support production needs.

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally as appropriate for the needs of the employees
