Job Title: Entry-Level Production Worker

Years of Experience: 0 to 3 years

Summary: Responsible for general assembly tasks under direct supervision.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of products as per specifications and engineering drawings.
• Conduct inspections of products following Quality Procedures.
• Execute grinding and tack welding tasks as needed.
• Document inspection and test results accurately.
• Set up assembly workstations and adjust test fixtures accordingly.
• Interpret inspection outcomes to meet job function requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of time and labor on a daily basis.
• Ensure a safe working environment and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Fulfill any additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using common hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with standards application.
• Basic math skills.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods (approximately 10 hours per day).
• Capability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. approximately 5 times per hour.
