They will give a voice to 3Ms process of innovation by connecting our history, product/application development, and corporate strategy to current events and business issues. They will partner with 3M divisions and departments to create a customized experience for their visitors. They will develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of 3Ms technologies and how we have applied those technologies in developing solutions for our customers. They will manage all details associated with their assigned customer events at the Innovation Center. They will maintain the attitude and composure of a host that is showcasing the 3M environment while keeping the needs of guests in mind.As an Innovation Center Host, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
