Job Summary: As an HRBP and HR Operations you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will be responsible for partnering with business units to deliver value-added HR services, managing HR operations, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive strategic and operational support across various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and development.

  • Assist in preparing and administering employment documents, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with HR experts and stakeholders.

  • Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and proper communication with relevant departments.

  • Coordinate the issuance of training certificates for international training programs, aligning with operational and HR requirements.

  • Manage employee benefit programs provided by external suppliers.

  • Provide widespread support to the HR department, including accounting of HR expenses and maintenance of the HR database.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of generalist HR and/or HR Business Partner experience.

  • Experience in HR administration, including knowledge of HRIS platforms and labor laws.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
