JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Manage internal communications and serve as a creative partner to support the Wisconsin School of Business\' strategic and growth objectives. In this role, you\'ll collaborate with internal partners to launch highly effective communications and employee engagement plans. By architecting internal communications, you\'ll enable inter-connectivity and ensure alignment. Plan, edit, and write content for internal communication channels including an intranet platform, newsletter, speeches, video, and other creative assets. Advocate for a large employee group, implement and measure effectiveness of new strategies, and work with an internal marketing and communication team of experts. Responsibilities: Develops and supervises the execution of communication programs and may supervise personnel and/or other resources in support of institutional or unit communication goals. 30% Manages the day-to-day operational unit plans to align with strategic initiatives and to meet established objectives 20% Plans, writes, and edits content for various internal and external stakeholders 10% Plans and directs unit programs and/or projects to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets 10% Identifies, proposes, and implements new or revised unit operational policies and procedures 10% Develops, implements, and delivers communication materials through various mediums to designated audiences 15% Oversees implementation, maintenance, and workflows related to the school\'s intranet system. 5% Manages internal purchases and billing for the marketing and strategic communications unit.
