You will drive process and technology improvements, digitalization initiatives and innovation projects to success. The candidate will be responsible for innovation strategy development and implementation, initiating and coordinating innovation projects in alignment with Marketing, Process Development, Manufacturing and Quality functions, ensuring commercialization goals are met. Together with these functions you will also drive an innovation roadmap process delivering on relevant innovation KPIs.You will lead a team of engaged scientists at our Madison site - your leadership skills are imperative to motivate and develop your team members. With you experience and profound knowledge in leadership skil ls you will drive the team to the next level of innovation.
