JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Come join us in the Office of Admissions and Recruitment (OAR) within the Division of Enrollment Management at UW-Madison! Our team is dedicated to recruiting, admitting, and enrolling the next generation of UW-Madison undergraduates. Guided by priorities set by campus leadership and OAR\'s Director, the Associate Director for Global Initiatives leads international admissions and recruitment efforts that enrich our university community and advance UW-Madison\'s reputation as a global destination. The person in this role manages a team of eight and works collaboratively with the Senior Associate Director for Recruitment, Outreach & Communications, OAR\'s director, and campus stakeholders to grow and review undergraduate applications from across the globe, which are among the more than 70,000 first-year and transfer applications received annually. They lead long-term planning efforts for the Global Initiatives unit, developing and implementing sustainable and effective admissions and recruitment initiatives, including managing an annual recruitment budget of \$150,000. We are seeking a dynamic leader with knowledge of the international landscape as well as the ability to create and sustain high performing teams. This role is among OAR\'s leadership team, working collaboratively with office and divisional leads to develop and implement strategic, sustainable and effective global initiatives as well as inform the overall direction of OAR.
