POSITION: Experience Management Systems Data Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize data, reports, and other information in a presentable and visual way.

• Partner with the XM team to design and deliver monthly reporting and KPIs.

• Learn how to build and manage Qualtrics workflows.

• Manage and facilitate the resolution of Qualtrics Help Desk tickets, to support venues across N. America.

• Learn and grow expertise in the live events industry as it pertains to XM.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• An aptitude for systems, data, and design.

• Experience with Qualtrics would be ideal. Power BI a bonus.

• Interest in XM (experience management) and technology design.

• Consulting or project management experience helpful – Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple way (verbally, visually & in writing).
