Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and support the United States payroll department as our Payroll Coordinator for KONE Americas based in Lisle, IL (hybrid schedule) ?   

Essential Functions:

  • You will gather all relevant data for payroll purposes and execute the payroll run (i.e process payroll, salary transfer, payroll calculations, input, audits, distribution and financial reporting) by using the defined KONE tools and systems and according to the KONE process.

  • You will lead and sponsor process creation, improvements initiatives and changes within the payroll department for both US & Canada.

  • Ensures that payroll transactions are completed in accordance with the given deadlines and provide data to external supplier as needed.

  • Completes various reporting requirements (i.e pay-periodical, monthly and annual tax and statistical payroll reporting.

  • Supports administration practices in accordance with changing business needs and legal requirements.

  • Creates, maintains and terminates employee related information in SAP HR or other relevant system, as a result of recruitment (hire/transfer), manage exit or international assignment processes or other employment related changes.

As our Payroll Coordinator , you will bring 5+ years of work experience in the payroll field, as well as 5+ years of experience with HRIS/Microsoft Office products. You will also have experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and maintaining compliance with current law on a daily basis. Having exposure to Social Security/Tax Courses, Working knowledge of FICA, and coming with a CPP would support you in this role as well!
