Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our Casino Gaming Client's team in Latin America. This person should sit remotely and ideally has 3 or more years of experience as a Business Process Analyst. This role will focus on monitoring and tracking assigned programs within the Casino Systems Team. To be successful, they should have proven success in process development, documentation, compliance, optimization and training activities. They also should be well versed in creating reports as well as creating and maintaining automated flows and lists.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5+ years as a Business Process Analyst.

• Proven success in process development, documentation, compliance, optimization, and training activities.

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate, Lists, and Forms.

• Excel, Word, Visio, and Outlook.

• Experience with VBA programming in Excel.

• Ability to create clear and concise reports.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining automated flows and lists.

• Address process-related issues and maximize opportunities.

• Understanding of organizational goals to align process improvements accordingly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience in a casino, gaming or hospitality environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Process Analyst) null
