ManpowerGroup Warehouse Manager in La Puente, California

Our client, a fast growing leader in technology ecommerce is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the Logistics Team supporting in and outbound shipping, sales, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration (or similar) , be bilingual in Mandarin , and have expertise with Amazon FBA distributors , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: La Puente, California

Pay Range: $70k - $75K

What’s the Job?

  • Develop and implement warehouse strategies to ensure efficient in and outbound logistics including direct shipments to Amazon FBA Centers.

  • Train, coach, mentor and oversee 1-2 direct reports, while being hands-on with receipt, storage and distribution of goods ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Manage relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and Amazon FBA representatives to ensure compliance with service agreements and operations standards.

  • Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to forecast demand and implement best practices in warehouse management, leveraging technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Ensure strict adherence to EHS regulations within warehouse operations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration (or related field).

  • 5 years of experience in warehouse management with specific expertise in managing inbound and outbound logistics and Amazon FBA distributions.

  • MUST be bilingual in Mandarin

  • Strong knowledge of WMS , inventory management and logistics software, (SKUVault, Netsuite ERP, Shipstation, Airtable and Slack), excellent leadership skills and ability to train others.

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, process improvement and problem solving skills.
