Major responsibilities
Guarantee that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked
Manage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Creates detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status
Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager
Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops
Work in close collaboration with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager
Verifies the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Engages with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Assist cross-product teams to manage dependencies
Collects data from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into suggestions
Work closely together and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members
Initiates project planning
Works together with Product Owner/Product Manager to confirm that the product vision and high-level business objectives are distinct and workable
Supports to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests
Arranges the daily stand-ups, assuring they are focused, timely, and brief
Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards
Works as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively
Programs and administers the sprint planning and grooming meetings and routes ticket assignments
Initiates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant Project Management experience with Dynamics 365 F& O
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Adeptness in Budget Processes
Prior experience with configuration management
Practical knowledge of finance
Knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics
Ensure Compliance experience preferred
Collaboration experience highly valued
Good understanding of ERP implementations
Demonstrated knowledge of project management
Previous experience working with Stakeholders
Background working with production
Experience with CRM systems
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
- We are particularly looking for candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership
Familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
