Marketing or direct experience in learning and development coordination is needed. Bring your creativity and event planning and today!

salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Learning Management System Coordination

  • Provide LMS admin and functional support to include enrollments, granting access, assigning activites, training LMS users and management.

  • Create and upload courses, monitor certifications, course change management, manage users and designing menus/pages.

  • Work with leadership and trainers to assist with creation, publication and delivery to teams.

Training & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate training events, prepare training logistics, coordinate prep and distribution of materials and maintain follow up task list to ensure timely completion.

  • Manage event planning for corporate events including working with external vendors and budget management.

  • Manage all aspects from design concept, food/beverage, seat planning, transportation, lighting and audiovisual needs to deliver world class presentations/experience.

Skills

  • Quicksight Analytics (1 year of experience is required)

  • Training (1 year of experience is required)

  • Learning and Development (1 year of experience is required)

  • Marketing (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • E-learning (1 year of experience is required)

  • Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is required)
