Our Expectations:

• Oversee comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

• Execute bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure correct transaction records.

• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and adjustments.

• Cooperate with diverse teams to collect and examine financial data.

• Maintain neat financial records for audits and reporting.

• Participate in financial and operational projects as needed.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume financial transaction organization.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and formulas.

• Familiarity with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks or similar platforms.

• Deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in financial reporting and data entry.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Robust communication skills, both written and oral.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work on-site 5 days a week, with the potential for a hybrid schedule based on project requirements.

• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to our fast-expanding organization.
