Principal Accountabilities
Perform general machine repair and preventive Maintenance procedures for all Hatchery equipment in the Hatchery
Operate a Forklift and/or Aerial lift for equipment transfer, storage and/or assembly
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must have had skills verification and demonstrated some mechanical abilities
Must be able to use hand and power tools
Must be able to be trained and certified to operate a forklift, and aerial lift
Must be able to read and understand maintenance and work schedules, PMs, and daily/weekly worksheets
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Maintenance experience is preferred
Experience with equipment troubleshooting, mechanical systems, plumbing, and welding is preferred
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the past 12 months
