Responsibilities:
- Commissioning & Servicing of Air compressors
- To achieve revenue & collection targets
- Co-ordination on various level internally/externally to get required work done on time
- Explore the new business opportunities such as upgrades
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
- Frequent travel requirements with some overnight travel
- Ensuring the Customer Satisfaction while managing & working in line with the requirement of allied stake-holders.
Skill set required:
Knowledge in installation, commissioning, Maintenance
Products to be handled :-

Experience: 5-8yeards
Qualification: 3years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
Key Indicators
Timely addressing of all service issues & quick support to Critical service issues of all direct customers
Service Engineer effectiveness to maintain CSI for this region
To meet & exceed targets for Key parameters like Service Revenue, Service Margin & PM execution
Helix trigger management and issues management via immediate customer approach on having Helix trigger in mail inbox
Supporting regional sales team with air-end opportunities through SPM & other more opportunities like VFD through Tech leads.
Main profitability from PackageCARE contracts in the region
Maintain Zero LTIR in region
Close coordination with IR credit team & customer for keeping close watch on Account receivables & Service past dues.
