Your Role and Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor information, including contact details, payment terms, tax information, and compliance documentation.

Conduct regular audits of vendor master data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data governance standards and processes for vendor master data.

Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality, integrity, and consistency across vendor master data systems.

Serve as a subject matter expert on vendor master data management and provide guidance and training to junior team members.

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement, accounts payable, and finance, to ensure alignment on vendor data requirements.

Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements related to vendor master data management and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

Proficiency in using ERP systems for vendor master data maintenance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

B2 to C1 proficiency in English and native fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in vendor master data management or related field.
