Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented OAS, Project Administrator based onsite at our America’s Headquarters in Greenville, NC.

What you will do:

  • Provide support to dealers and customers for emerging technology solutions, ensuring timelyassistance.

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the solution platform and project management processes to provide effective support.

  • Coordinate activities with dealers and technology partners during the deployment of emerging technology projects.

  • Serve as the primary resource for ensuring proper hand-off of all order details from sales to the project delivery team.

  • Receive and respond to calls, emails, and CM tickets, troubleshooting effectively and providing solutions.

  • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure visibility of all truck locations for emerging technology projects.

What you will need:

  • With BS degree, entry level position

  • With AS Degree, 3 years of customer service role or system support role experience.

  • In lieu of degree, 5 + years of customer service role or system support role experience.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

  • Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and via email.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn and convey details about our solution offerings with confidence.

  • Effective interface with dealers, serving as their main point of contact.

  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and provide solutions effectively.

Compensation: 

The minimum annual salary for this full-time position starts at $59,600 .  Individual pay is based upon job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
